Range Rover Sport recall covers 95 SUVs over rear subframe cracks

Jaguar Land Rover Australia has recalled 95 examples of the current-generation Range Rover Sport built between 2023 and 2026. The official notice, REC-006744, was published on the federal Vehicle Recalls register on 14 October 2026.

What is the fault

According to the official notice, a manufacturing issue means cracks may be present in the rear subframe. The cracks may worsen over time and weaken the vehicle's structure.

In the event of a rear-end collision, reduced structural strength can increase the risk of serious injury or death to vehicle occupants.
