2026 LDV D90 Price in Australia

The MY25 LDV D90 is a large seven-seat SUV positioned as a value-oriented family and touring alternative in Australia. It combines three-row seating with a powerful turbo-petrol drivetrain and a choice of rear-drive-style 2WD configurations or a more adventure-focused 4WD Executive. For households that regularly carry more than five people, the D90's full-size proportions and genuine third-row emphasis are central to its appeal.

All current MY25 variants use a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 184 kW and 410 Nm, paired with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. Sport, Normal and Eco drive modes allow the response to be adjusted for different conditions. LDV also specifies a 3,000 kg braked towing capacity, giving the D90 useful scope for trailers, boats and caravans when vehicle and trailer weights are correctly managed.

Cabin packaging is one of the D90's strengths. LDV quotes 343 litres of luggage capacity with the third row in use and 1,350 litres with the third row folded. Seven seats and multi-zone climate control are standard, while Executive versions add convenience and comfort equipment including an electric tailgate, powered driver's seat, heated steering wheel and sunroof. That makes the higher grades particularly attractive for family touring.

Technology has been significantly modernised for MY25. A 12.3-inch infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth is paired with a separate 12.3-inch digital driver display. An integrated dash camera is also included, while Executive variants add dual wireless phone chargers. The result is a cabin that feels more contemporary than earlier D90 models.

Driver-assistance equipment includes autonomous emergency braking, lane keep assist, lane change assist, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control. A reversing camera and front and rear parking sensors help with manoeuvring a large SUV. The 4WD Executive adds crawl control, selectable terrain modes and a differential lock, making it the obvious choice for buyers expecting more demanding unsealed-road or off-road use.

LDV Australia backs the D90 with a seven-year or 200,000 km warranty and five years of roadside assistance, subject to terms. Against other large seven-seat SUVs, the D90's strengths are space, engine output, towing capacity, equipment and pricing. Its compromises include petrol fuel consumption, substantial dimensions and less established resale strength than long-running Japanese nameplates. For buyers prioritising maximum family space and features per dollar, the MY25 D90 remains a compelling Australian-market option.
