2026 Farizon H9E Price in Australia

The Farizon H9E is a purpose-built electric light truck aimed at Australian delivery fleets, councils, logistics operators and businesses that need more carrying capacity than an electric van can provide. Its cab-over layout places the driver close to the front of the vehicle for useful visibility and makes more of the available length available for a working body. The local range covers 4.5-tonne and 8-tonne applications, allowing operators to choose a configuration that better matches licensing, payload and route requirements.

Farizon Australia offers the H9E in several forms, including a 4.5-tonne short-wheelbase cargo model and 8-tonne short- and long-wheelbase platforms. Battery capacity and range vary by version. The headline Australian claim is up to 360km WLTP, while the long-wheelbase model uses the largest battery to support heavier and longer operations. Actual distance will depend on body type, payload, traffic, road speed, gradients, weather and auxiliary loads. Commercial buyers should model their most demanding regular route with a sensible reserve rather than plan around the laboratory maximum.

Charging is built around return-to-base work. The H9E supports 11kW AC charging for depots or suitable business premises and up to 100kW DC charging when a faster turnaround is needed. A large truck battery can take significant time and energy to replenish, so operators should check site capacity, electricity tariffs, charger reliability and overnight dwell time before purchase. Regenerative braking can recover energy during urban deceleration and may reduce service-brake use, although its benefit will vary with route and load.

Payload is a major attraction. Farizon quotes gross payload capacity of up to 4615kg, but the usable figure depends on the selected chassis, battery, fitted body, occupants, tools and accessories. A cargo box, refrigerated body, tail lift or specialised equipment can materially reduce the remaining allowance. Buyers should obtain a completed-vehicle weight certificate and check axle ratings, gross vehicle mass and any licence implications before entering service. The available wheelbases also influence turning space, body length and manoeuvrability.

The three-seat cab is intended as a practical workplace. Its high seating position and large windscreen support visibility in loading zones, while air conditioning, smartphone connectivity, storage and camera assistance improve everyday usability. Driver-assistance systems and dual airbags provide useful protection, but businesses should confirm the exact equipment fitted to their chosen Australian specification and train drivers on alert behaviour. A pre-purchase route test is valuable because ride comfort, mirror coverage and turning requirements can change once a body is installed.

Electric operation removes engine noise and local exhaust emissions, useful for early-morning deliveries, warehouses and residential areas. It also reduces the number of powertrain service items compared with a diesel truck. These benefits do not make every duty cycle suitable: public truck-compatible chargers are less common than depot charging, and payload, highway work or difficult terrain can reduce range. Tyres, suspension, body servicing and other commercial-vehicle costs remain.

The H9E is offered locally in Jade White, a practical fleet colour that suits signage and body conversions. Australian pricing varies from the 4.5-tonne model through to the 8-tonne long-wheelbase version, and custom bodies add further cost. For businesses with predictable daily kilometres, overnight charging and a clear payload requirement, the H9E offers a credible route into electric light-truck operation. Careful energy, body and compliance planning is essential to achieving the advertised operational advantages.
