How to delete your AussieMotor account and associated data.

Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly in the AussieMotor app:
- Open the AussieMotor app
- Go to Account / More
- Open Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion

Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

What data is deleted
- Account profile information
- Contact details linked to your account
- Saved favorites
- Notification preferences
- Personal account settings

What data may be retained
- Listings, reports, messages, moderation records, and audit logs may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, or platform security reasons.
- Deleted listings may remain as archived internal records and will not be publicly visible.

Processing time
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership.
